About the role

  • Diagnose potential issues and analyze reported problems, validating them and reporting confirmed issues to the engineering team;
  • Understand reported issues and identify the tools required to resolve them;
  • Propose fixes for identified problems;
  • Develop new tools needed to automate processes and address issues;
  • Understand our solutions to support feasible improvements considering partner and client contexts.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program in Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related field;
  • Knowledge of programming logic and data structures;
  • Familiarity with Linux commands and the operation of Linux-based systems;
  • Knowledge of Python and/or C++;
  • Experience with software version control, such as Git;
  • Basic knowledge of SQL and database concepts;
  • Intermediate English;
  • Systems thinking and analytical skills;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Organized;
  • Able to work well in a team.
