About the role
- Independently support and advise managers and employees on all personnel-related matters
- Analyze, record and report sickness-related absences, and derive and implement appropriate measures to reduce absenteeism
- Actively participate in the recruiting process: draft job advertisements, manage applicants, conduct interviews and support onboarding
- Support personnel development and implement employer branding initiatives
- Assist in organizing and delivering training and development activities
- Maintain and update personnel files and HR databases
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
- Initial professional experience in HR, ideally in the healthcare sector
- Knowledge of absence management and recruiting processes
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with HR software
- Excellent communication and consulting skills
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills
