About the role
- Overall responsibility for leading and strategically developing the central purchasing function
- Leading purchasing projects and ensuring their implementation
- Independently handling incoming demand requests for all procurement areas across the group
- Optimizing and managing procurement processes for five clinics
- Managing and developing supplier relationships
- Direct organizational reporting line to the Executive Management
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training, a degree in business administration, health management, or equivalent qualifications
- Professional experience in purchasing/procurement, ideally in the healthcare sector
- Holistic, process-oriented and strategic thinking
- Independent and goal-oriented working style
- Excellent communication skills at all levels and in interdisciplinary teams
