About the role
- Responsible for the entire sales cycle — from first contact to closing
- Close new merchants via inbound (70%) and outbound (30%) channels
- Meet and exceed your revenue and closing targets
- Conduct qualified sales calls, demos, and contract negotiations
- Work in a structured way with our CRM and your pipeline
- Provide structured customer feedback to Product & Growth
- Actively support our go-to-market strategy
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in SaaS sales
- Proven track record closing complex / consultative software deals
- Strong affinity for IT, software, and digital business models
- Structured, independent working style with clear pipeline logic
- Native-level German and strong written and spoken English
