  • Lead the global TPM agenda and shape sourcing decisions
  • Build long term co manufacturer partnerships to elevate competitiveness
  • Shape and drive category strategies for product lines
  • Deploy TCO thinking and lead fact based negotiations
  • Manage strategic co manufacturer relationships to drive innovation
  • Ensure flawless New Product Introduction (NPI)
  • Ensure competitive supplier selection and adherence to procurement governance

Requirements

  • 10+ years of procurement experience in Direct Materials or Third Party Manufacturing
  • Proven track record leading global or multi country teams
  • Confident in shaping category strategies, building sourcing models
  • Analytical and data driven, proficient in Excel, Power BI
  • Fluent in English (mandatory), additional language skills preferred (Spanish, French, German)
  • Comfortable traveling up to 30% of the time to visit co manufacturers and partners
