Key responsibilities & impact

Collaborate with traders, researchers, and product managers to translate complex workflows into elegant UI solutions
Design and implement high-performance, responsive front-end applications using TypeScript frameworks such as Svelte, React, or Vue
Design, build, and operate secure, high-performance Go back-end services
Own service boundaries and data contracts from Go services to typed front-end SDKs
Build reusable UI modules, component libraries, and SDKs for a modular, plugin-based UI platform
Build real-time UIs ingesting and rendering high-frequency market and on-chain data from multiple streaming sources
Develop high-performance data visualizations for large, fast-updating datasets using canvas-based charting and D3.js
Integrate front-end applications with back-end services through typed SDKs and MCP-based interfaces
Drive architecture and performance decisions for modular, extensible systems
Deploy and maintain reliable, performant applications under heavy load
Write and maintain automated tests and participate in code reviews
Support system maintenance and feature evolution with high delivery cadence and short iteration cycles
Mentor engineers and promote engineering best practices

Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years of hands-on full-stack development with production ownership across back-end and front-end
Strong, current TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and one or more modern front-end frameworks: Svelte, React, or Vue
Adaptability to work primarily in the framework selected by the team
Strong, current Go experience and ability to independently design, build, and operate production Go services
Experience building reusable, well-structured UI components and shared abstractions
Proven experience handling large datasets and real-time updates from back-end sources, including WebSockets and Server-Sent Events
Strong understanding of performance optimization and rendering strategies in data-heavy applications, including JavaScript runtime knowledge
Solid testing discipline with unit and integration tests
Genuine UI/UX sensibility
Familiarity with cloud infrastructure such as AWS, GCP, or Azure and version control
Excellent communication and collaboration in a cross-functional team
Trading or financial-platform background is nice to have, not required
Experience with relational databases, data warehouses, caching strategies, real-time or on-chain data, MCP, developer platforms, SDKs, microservices, continuous delivery, zero-downtime deployment, CI/CD, Docker, or observability tools is nice to have
