About the role
- You are responsible for building and developing our direct customer sales — from the first outreach to closing.
- Build and scale the direct customer sales channel (B2B)
- Active new customer acquisition via: LinkedIn (social selling, direct outreach, follow-ups), trade shows, events, meetups and networking formats
- Qualify leads and manage structured follow-up in the CRM
- Conduct initial meetings, needs analyses and proposal presentations
- Work closely with executive management and delivery teams
- Establish clean sales processes and pipelines
Requirements
- Experience in B2B sales, ideally in an IT, data or technology environment
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems such as Pipedrive and/or HubSpot
- Understanding of IT, data or digital topics (either technically or through professional experience)
- Confident presence in person and online
- Friendly, open, approachable and reliable
- Independent, structured and genuinely enthusiastic about customer contact
- Fluent German (negotiation/business level); English is an advantage
