About the role

  • You are responsible for building and developing our direct customer sales — from the first outreach to closing.
  • Build and scale the direct customer sales channel (B2B)
  • Active new customer acquisition via: LinkedIn (social selling, direct outreach, follow-ups), trade shows, events, meetups and networking formats
  • Qualify leads and manage structured follow-up in the CRM
  • Conduct initial meetings, needs analyses and proposal presentations
  • Work closely with executive management and delivery teams
  • Establish clean sales processes and pipelines

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B sales, ideally in an IT, data or technology environment
  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems such as Pipedrive and/or HubSpot
  • Understanding of IT, data or digital topics (either technically or through professional experience)
  • Confident presence in person and online
  • Friendly, open, approachable and reliable
  • Independent, structured and genuinely enthusiastic about customer contact
  • Fluent German (negotiation/business level); English is an advantage
