Provide multijurisdictional advice and proven technical expertise to ensure compliance with evolving regulatory practices.

Participate in demanding litigation, exacting regulatory work and complex public and private market transactions.

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least four years' experience as a corporate Equity Capital Market lawyer with US and/or HK side experience.
An excellent academic record, strong communication skills and a high level of attention to detail are also required to be effective in this role;
Previous experience in initial public offerings, listings and public company M&A;
An ability to deliver excellent client service that includes excellent administrative skills, ability to communicate well in oral and written form, driven to deliver work promptly, sets themselves challenging goals and resilient in achieving them;
Fluency in English and Mandarin required (spoken and written);
