About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- As Junior Marketing & Sales Manager, you are the first point of contact for potential new customers and lay the foundation for our sales success
- Identification and targeted outreach to potential new customers
- Initial contact with decision-makers in the finance sector by phone, in writing and via digital channels
- Qualification of leads and scheduling appointments for our sales team
- Documentation and maintenance of activities in HubSpot
- Close collaboration with Growth, Business Development and Sales
Requirements
What you’ll need- You enjoy communicating with people and are not afraid to pick up the phone
- You are motivated to learn new things and to develop personally
- You come across as open, communicative and persuasive
- You work goal-oriented and want to celebrate successes
- You have very good German language skills
