About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support onboarding and implementation of new customers
Conduct implementation calls and product training
Work closely with our implementation team
Build expertise in management accounting (Controlling), accounting and DATEV
Gather customer feedback and contribute to the ongoing development of our product

Requirements

What you’ll need

University degree or vocational training in business, finance or accounting
Interest in finance, controlling and software solutions (SaaS / FinTech)
Structured and reliable working style
Strong communication skills and enjoyment in working with customers
Excellent German language skills, written and spoken
Knowledge of accounting or DATEV is a plus, but not required
