Requirements
What you’ll need- Fluent in both English and Spanish (Mandatory)
- 3+ years of Account Management, Customer Success, Client Services, or similar client-facing experience.
- Strong relationship management and communication skills.
- Experience interpreting data and using metrics to guide client conversations.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating across cross-functional teams.
