Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish (Mandatory)
  • 3+ years of Account Management, Customer Success, Client Services, or similar client-facing experience.
  • Strong relationship management and communication skills.
  • Experience interpreting data and using metrics to guide client conversations.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating across cross-functional teams.
