Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven Sales Experience: Experience in BPO/Call Center environments preferably supporting U.S. campaigns within industries such as Telecom, SaaS, Insurance, or similar high-volume sales environments.
- Objection Handlers: You don't see a "no" as a dead end, but as a challenge to find a better solution.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable navigating CRMs and multiple tools while maintaining a high-energy conversation.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal English skills with the ability to adapt naturally to various personas.
- Results-Driven: You enjoy targets, performance metrics, and being rewarded for strong results.
