About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop proprietary products and infrastructure for daily-used, scalable platforms
Build web apps, data pipelines, and agent architectures for clients in asset management, FinTech, and the mid-market
Translate business requirements into production-ready software
Create clean automation pipelines and workflows
Develop frontends with a focus on UX and performance
Design backend architectures
Work on agent systems and LLM orchestration
Participate in technical workshops, architecture reviews, or on-site client meetings as desired
Collaborate directly with the founder and help shape the stack, architecture, and engineering culture

Requirements

What you’ll need

4+ years of professional experience as a full-stack developer
Experience with TypeScript / JavaScript, Python, and Rust
Strong knowledge of Next.js, React, and a modern database (Supabase, Postgres, or equivalent)
Production mindset: tests, CI/CD, and monitoring are standard practice
Backend experience with data modeling, authentication, performance, and caching
Playful curiosity about AI and agent tools
Very good German and English
Nice-to-haves (optional, not a hard filter): practical LLM production experience, agent frameworks or multi-agent setups, Electron/desktop frameworks, DevOps, open source contributions/tech blogging, and B2B consulting or enterprise client work
