About the role
- Oversee contract operations and performance reporting
- Collaborate with Government leadership to align priorities
- Manage staffing, budgets, and program controls
- Lead monthly status reviews and reporting deliverables
- Implement best practices to improve mission outcomes
- Apply analytical and research methodologies to solve complex challenges
- Develop dashboards and performance metrics
- Support IT modernization and process improvement initiatives
- Prepare executive-level reports and briefings
- Analyze operational data and develop reports
- Assist in compliance tracking and dashboard development
- Support project coordination and documentation
- Contribute to modernization initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in a technical, engineering, scientific, or business discipline
- 6+ years of leadership experience supporting DoD or federal programs
- Experience managing teams and complex operational requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or related field
- 8–12 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field
- 4–8 years of relevant experience
- Preferred Certifications Advanced Roles: CISSP, CISM, CCSP, CCISO, CASP+ (SecurityX), CISSO, GSLC Intermediate Role: Security+
