Estimator – Tendering, Bid Estimation and Contract Management in Construction

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze and evaluate tender documentation.
- Prepare bid and contract cost estimates.
- Communicate with clients, authorities, assessors/experts, subcontractors, planning stakeholders and internal departments.
- Prepare tender documents for external trades and subcontractor services.
- Define market inquiries and implement awards for suppliers and subcontractor services.
- Support the technical department in preparing alternative bids and special proposals.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in civil engineering or a comparable qualification.
- Relevant experience in estimating, VOB and contract management.
- Proficient with estimating and billing software, ideally Pro-Bau/S®.
- Responsible, goal-oriented working style with strong decision-making ability and high motivation.
- Confident negotiation skills and a professional demeanor when dealing with business partners.
