About the role

  • HR support for employees from onboarding to offboarding.
  • Preparation and administration of employment contracts, certificates and references.
  • Review and processing of time tracking/attendance records.
  • Processing monthly payroll in compliance with all tax, social security, collective bargaining and employment contract regulations.
  • Point of contact for employees, tax authorities and social security agencies.
  • Support with applicant management and the onboarding process.
  • Participation in projects to further develop our HR processes.

Requirements

  • Completed commercial/business qualification or apprenticeship, ideally with further training in HR.
  • Professional experience in HR administration and payroll accounting, preferably construction payroll (Baulohn).
  • Good knowledge of employment law, payroll tax and social security legislation.
  • Confident use of payroll systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics NAV, and Microsoft 365 Business.
  • Independent and self‑responsible working style.
  • Good German language skills, written and spoken.
  • Strong team and communication skills.
