About the role
- HR support for employees from onboarding to offboarding.
- Preparation and administration of employment contracts, certificates and references.
- Review and processing of time tracking/attendance records.
- Processing monthly payroll in compliance with all tax, social security, collective bargaining and employment contract regulations.
- Point of contact for employees, tax authorities and social security agencies.
- Support with applicant management and the onboarding process.
- Participation in projects to further develop our HR processes.
Requirements
- Completed commercial/business qualification or apprenticeship, ideally with further training in HR.
- Professional experience in HR administration and payroll accounting, preferably construction payroll (Baulohn).
- Good knowledge of employment law, payroll tax and social security legislation.
- Confident use of payroll systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics NAV, and Microsoft 365 Business.
- Independent and self‑responsible working style.
- Good German language skills, written and spoken.
- Strong team and communication skills.
