About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the end-to-end transformation of existing Massage Heights franchise locations into Heights Wellness Retreats
Plan, coordinate, and execute all aspects of each conversion
Ensure all projects comply with brand standards, local regulations, and approved budgets
Support the rollout of new wellness and biohacking modalities, equipment, and services
Serve as the primary point of contact between franchisees and internal teams
Manage third-party vendors, suppliers, and contractors
Track and report project status, risks, and milestones to leadership

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in project management, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
3-5 years of project management experience in multi-unit retail, hospitality, wellness, fitness, or franchise environments
Experience managing construction, renovations, or large-scale operational transformations
Strong budgeting, scheduling, and vendor management skills
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Franchise system experience (strongly preferred)
Exposure to wellness, health, fitness, or biohacking services
Experience leading rebrands or concept conversions
PMP or other project management certification
