About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Coordinate the transition from the Massage Heights service model to the Heights Wellness Retreat model
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies
  • Ensure all projects comply with brand standards, local regulations, and approved budgets
  • Support the rollout of new wellness and biohacking modalities, equipment, and services
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between franchisees and internal teams
  • Manage third-party vendors, suppliers, and contractors
  • Track and report project status, risks, and milestones to leadership

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in project management, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3-5 years of project management experience in multi-unit retail, hospitality, wellness, fitness, or franchise environments
  • Experience managing construction, renovations, or large-scale operational transformations
  • Strong budgeting, scheduling, and vendor management skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Franchise system experience (strongly preferred)
  • Exposure to wellness, health, fitness, or biohacking services
  • Experience leading rebrands or concept conversions
  • PMP or other project management certification
