About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with franchisees to review business performance and identify opportunities.
- Provide coaching in operations, staffing, training, marketing, and guest experience.
- Review financial performance and recommend improvements.
- Conduct site visits to ensure compliance and guest experience standards.
- Provide coaching to help franchisees reach growth and profitability goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver resources and best practices.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years in franchise operations, multi-unit management, or consulting.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret P&Ls and KPIs.
- Excellent communication and coaching abilities.
- Experience in membership-driven wellness and/or fitness industries.
- Willingness to travel throughout the United States regularly (up to 50% of time).
