About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the national SHE training & competence strategy
- Shape technical capability and behavioural improvement
- Lead governance of all external training providers
- Ensure SHE training matrices and competence frameworks remain legally compliant

Requirements

- Experience leading the design and delivery of large scale training programmes
