About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the day-to-day contact for small group accounts, providing timely and professional service support
Work alongside Mavrix Insurance Advisor on new business placements
Manage policy renewals, coverage changes, billing questions, and other service needs
Coordinate with Mavrix Insurance Advisors and carriers to resolve service issues, open enrollment, and ensure client satisfaction
Prepare summaries and present recommendations in collaboration with Mavrix Insurance Advisors.

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School graduate/GED required
Bachelor’s degree preferred
3+ years of experience in small group benefits account management
Active Life & Disability license required
Strong knowledge of small group benefits, including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, etc.
Familiarity with agency management systems (preferably EPIC)
Proficient in MS Office, namely Outlook, Excel, and Word
Solid communication skills, both written and verbal
Organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
