About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assist in performing structural design calculations for steel, concrete, and timber elements under the guidance of senior engineers.
  • Support the development of 3D Revit models and 2D construction details, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project standards.
  • Help set up and run basic models in industry-standard software such as ETABS, SAP2000, or RAM.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary reviews and assist in the preparation of technical design packages and specifications.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Currently pursuing (or recently completed) a BS or MS in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Strong understanding of structural mechanics and familiarity with building codes (ASCE 7, AISC, ACI).
  • Basic proficiency in Revit and exposure to structural analysis software (ETABS, SAP2000, or similar).
  • A proactive "builder" mindset with the ability to learn quickly and iterate in a high-pressure environment.
  • A commitment to precision, recognizing that every calculation feeds into a larger, automated ecosystem.
