About the role
- Identify, select and retain future associate directors and business development engineers
- Participate in onboarding and monitor the performance of recruited profiles
- Work closely with managers and activity directors
- Co-organize internal and external events
- Represent the group with professionalism and enthusiasm
Requirements
- You have excellent interpersonal skills
- You want an operational and strategic role in a demanding environment
- You hold a Bachelor's (Bac+3) or Master's (Bac+5) degree (HR, business school or equivalent)
- You enjoy working quickly, effectively and with a high degree of autonomy
