About the role

  • Build and evolve the product
  • Design, build, and maintain a production-grade software platform
  • Translate functional and regulatory requirements into clean, maintainable systems
  • Work closely with tax, legal, and compliance experts to implement domain logic correctly
  • Improve existing systems through refactoring, simplification, and performance optimization
  • Build with scalability, reliability, and long-term evolution in mind
  • Improve and extend existing AI features, staying up to date with advances in AI and modern engineering practices
  • Ensure quality, security, and reliability
  • Apply solid engineering practices around testing, monitoring, and deployments
  • Contribute to data security and system reliability
  • Make pragmatic technical decisions balancing speed, quality, and maintainability

Requirements

  • 4–7+ years of experience in full-stack or backend software engineering
  • Have shipped and maintained production systems over time
  • Are curious about AI, automation, and modern development practices , and actively keep yourself up to date
  • Can translate complex requirements into solid technical implementations
  • Communicate clearly in written and spoken English (C1/C2)
  • Are comfortable operating in ambiguity and taking responsibility for outcomes
