About the role
- Manage customer projects related to ISO 27001, ISO 9001 and management systems
- Actively shape and further develop information security and quality structures
- Translate regulatory requirements into clear processes and responsibilities
- Proactively identify risks, gaps and optimization opportunities
- Facilitate workshops and management alignment meetings
- Potentially take on responsibility in customer projects in roles close to the Information Security Officer (ISB) or Quality Management Representative (QMB)
Requirements
- Experience in project, process or organizational management — ideally in an IT environment
- Strong interest in information security, quality and regulatory standards
- Desire to develop professionally into an Information Security Officer (ISB) or Quality Manager
- Experience in data protection/privacy is a plus
- Proactive working style — you don’t wait for tasks, you drive them
- High level of ownership and clear communication
- Excellent German and English skills
- Initial exposure to ISO management systems or regulated environments (plus)
- Experience in IT-related contexts (plus)
- Tool affinity (Jira, Confluence, Microsoft 365 / SharePoint, Power BI)
