About the role
- Deliver exceptional service to prospective reverse mortgage customers across New Zealand.
- Engage with customers via inbound and outbound calls, answering questions and highlighting the benefits of our reverse mortgage solutions.
- Assist customers in making informed borrowing decisions.
- Proactively manage your pipeline, ensuring systems and documentation are all up to date.
- Follow up on leads and keep things moving.
Requirements
- Proven customer service experience.
- Experience within financial services is plus.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Self-motivated with a drive to achieve successful outcomes.
