About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and manage newsletter production strategies and processes
  • Collaborate with content teams to curate newsletters
  • Monitor newsletter performance metrics and provide insights and recommendations
  • Regularly communicate performance and insights to the broader teams

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of experience managing editorial newsletters
  • Knowledge of key email newsletters fundamentals
  • Knowledge of Iterable and other newsletter platforms
  • Understanding of Content Management Systems and Digital Editorial production
  • Strong knowledge of HTML & CSS and how it applies to email
  • Ability to troubleshoot & resolve rendering issues across email clients & platforms
  • Very data-driven
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), Airtable and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be substituted for degree.
