About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Define and execute the enterprise Platform Engineering strategy supporting Consumer Products and Corporate Technology.
Lead the evolution of engineering platforms that improve developer experience, platform consistency, scalability, and operational efficiency.
Establish enterprise standards for platform architecture, engineering automation, and software delivery.
Drive adoption of Internal Developer Platforms (IDPs), Infrastructure as Code, cloud platform engineering, Kubernetes, container platforms, release engineering, environment management, artifact repositories, secrets management, observability platforms, and platform networking.
Build reusable engineering capabilities that enable product teams to deliver software securely and efficiently.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree (Master’s preferred) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent academic or professional experience.
Progressive leadership experience managing enterprise Platform Engineering and DevSecOps organizations.
Experience leading globally distributed engineering teams.
Demonstrated success building modern cloud-native engineering platforms.
Deep understanding of Platform Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering, Application Security, cloud infrastructure, developer platforms, and engineering automation.
Experience implementing AI-enabled software development capabilities and autonomous engineering practices.
Experience managing enterprise technology budgets and strategic vendor relationships.
Strong executive communication and organizational transformation skills.
