About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee research initiatives that provide information and insight to support program development, strategic planning, and brand extension activities
- Act as strategic advisor to brand leaders and senior programming staff
- Proactively design quantitative research that supports programming and strategy decisions
- Understand capabilities and limitations of audience tracking tools
- Monitor network and program performance reporting
- Present network and series updates to senior management
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 7 years experience in content research
- At least 5 years of experience interpreting and synthesizing content data and metrics from standard industry sources (e.g. Nielsen or others)
- Familiarity with digital analytics tools: Adobe Analytics, Freewheel and/or ComScore
- Basic skills for data analysis programming languages preferred: SQL, R, or Python
- Experience in Tableau or data visualization software is ideal
