About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Prepare listings for launch as live auctions
Create inventory of seller submission data and photos
Organize photos according to BaT standards
Work with sellers and team members to add informational updates to listings
Serve as the point of contact for sellers during initial listing creation through auction go-live
Respond to sellers in a timely and professional manner
Answer customer questions, provide advice or tips, and address seller concerns
Handle and prioritize a large queue of listings in various pre-auction stages
Shepherd listings through the system and maintain expertise on listing history as other teams work on them
Complete the assigned work queue daily
Perform additional duties and projects as needed

Ability to manage many stakeholders and projects in a fast-paced environment
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Ability to resolve conflict independently with patience and empathy and know when to ask for guidance
Flexible and eager attitude toward helping with company needs as they arise
Interest in the vehicles featured on BaT is a plus
Background in technical writing, customer work in the auto space, or auto mechanics with a love of writing is encouraged
