Key responsibilities & impact

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Previous professional copy-editing, proofreading, or related editorial experience, or equivalent experience demonstrating strong command of editorial standards
  • Deep knowledge of grammar, spelling, punctuation, and usage, with the ability to apply editorial style guidelines consistently
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate, polished work
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately under tight deadlines while balancing multiple assignments
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Collaborative approach and ability to work effectively with editors, writers, fact-checkers, and other editorial partners
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, including the ability to adapt as editorial needs evolve
