About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Execute and optimize paid media campaigns across key acquisition channels
  • Grow memberships, email audiences, direct products, and brand licensing initiatives
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance against acquisition goals
  • Identify trends and opportunities to improve efficiency, scale, and return on investment
  • Manage campaign setup, pacing, budgets, targeting, creative rotation, and ongoing optimizations
  • Translate performance data into actionable insights and recommendations
  • Partner with consumer marketing, editorial, creative, analytics, and other cross-functional teams
  • Test and evaluate audiences, creative, messaging, placements, and other campaign variables
  • Maintain accurate reporting and campaign documentation
  • Communicate results, learnings, and next steps to key stakeholders
  • Stay current on paid media trends, platform capabilities, measurement approaches, and emerging opportunities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2+ years of experience in performance marketing, paid media, growth marketing, digital acquisition, or a related area
  • Hands-on experience executing and optimizing paid media campaigns
  • Understanding of key performance metrics and acquisition economics
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with campaign data
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns, priorities, budgets, and deadlines simultaneously
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights
  • Curious, test-and-learn mindset
  • Experience with consumer subscription, membership, e-commerce, email acquisition, or other direct-to-consumer businesses is preferred
  • Role based in New York City and requires working in the office four days per week
