About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Launch and manage paid media campaigns across social, search, and emerging channels
  • Support audience targeting, ad copy alignment, creative testing, bidding, pacing, and budget allocation
  • Review campaign data daily, identify trends, reduce inefficient spend, manage delivery, and refine bidding strategies
  • Test creative, audiences, bidding strategies, attribution approaches, and platform capabilities
  • Partner with Meta, Google, and TikTok on ad product testing and platform updates
  • Leverage AI-powered tools to improve workflow efficiency, accelerate testing, and identify optimization opportunities
  • Maintain daily and monthly forecasts and monitor performance against goals
  • Translate campaign data into actionable recommendations and share learnings across the Performance Media Group

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 1+ years of experience in paid media, performance marketing, digital advertising, or a related field
  • Hands-on experience with self-service paid media platforms, ideally including Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
  • Interest in emerging channels, formats, and platform features
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets
  • Experience with Looker, Tableau, or similar reporting tools is preferred
  • Comfort working with campaign performance data, large datasets, ROAS, pacing, margins, and other performance KPIs
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage budget changes, ongoing creative testing, and competing priorities in a fast-moving environment
  • Curiosity about AI-powered tools and ability to use emerging technology to improve campaign execution, analysis, and workflow efficiency
  • Growth mindset and enthusiasm for performance marketing, experimentation, platform innovation, and evolving ad-tech trends
  • Based in New York City and able to work in the office four days per week
