About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design high-quality print and digital marketing materials, including advertisements, brochures, direct mail, presentations, signage, social media graphics, and promotional campaigns
- Create production-ready files meeting print and digital specifications
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Production, Editorial, and other internal teams to develop creative solutions supporting business goals
- Work with internal stakeholders and occasionally clients to understand project objectives and deliver creative work
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines
- Contribute ideas to improve creative quality, workflows, and team collaboration
- Use AI-powered tools to streamline workflows, generate creative concepts, organize ideas, improve copy, and accelerate routine tasks
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience designing for both print and digital media
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
- Solid understanding of typography, layout, branding, color theory, and print production
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Customer-focused mindset and passion for delivering exceptional work
- Experience creating engaging visual content across multiple platforms
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines
- Associate's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Desire to continuously learn, grow, and contribute to an innovative creative team
- Experience working directly with clients or customers is a bonus
- Knowledge of print production processes and file preparation is a bonus
- Passion for learning new design trends, software, and creative techniques is a bonus
