About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Launch and manage paid social campaigns using self-serve advertising platforms, including Meta Ads Manager
- Optimize campaign performance by analyzing results, identifying trends, and implementing data-driven improvements
- Develop ad copy, select creative assets, and support testing of new creative approaches and ad formats
- Monitor campaign budgets, pacing, and key performance metrics
- Collaborate with the Performance Marketing team to share insights and refine campaign strategies
- Partner with Affiliate Partnerships and Programmatic Yield teams on cross-functional marketing initiatives
- Provide audience insights and performance feedback to editorial teams
- Stay current on paid social best practices, platform updates, and emerging industry trends
- Maintain organization, quality standards, and attention to detail in campaign management
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 1+ years of experience in paid social, digital marketing, performance marketing, or a related field
- Experience launching and optimizing paid social campaigns, preferably using Meta Ads Manager or similar platforms
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign data and apply insights
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets, including large datasets
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication and cross-team collaboration abilities
- Creative mindset with interest in audience engagement, testing, and continuous optimization
- Experience in commerce, digital media, or social buying is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Commitment to high-quality work and meeting deadlines
- Ability to work in-office 4 days per week in New York, NY
