Key responsibilities & impact

Meeting or exceeding established productivity and quality standards
Performing quarterly business reviews with assigned customers
Monitoring KPIs and identifying improvement opportunities
Understanding the customer’s needs, goals, and strategies and translating those needs into initiatives and solutions
Creating documentation for our knowledge base
