Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive new business by identifying and securing partnerships with retail brands across the Hearst portfolio

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of experience in media sales, advertising, or a related field
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and agency partners, particularly in retail sectors
  • Strong sales acumen with experience developing and delivering persuasive presentations
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data and insights into strategic recommendations
  • Self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and takes initiative
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and familiarity with social platforms; Salesforce experience is a plus
  • Working knowledge of programmatic advertising and first-party data strategies
