About the role

  • Ensure product reliability through test execution, automation support, and validation of AI generated tests
  • Collaborate with Spec QA and Engineering to ensure features meet quality standards
  • Use spec-driven tools to validate AI-generated tests with scenarios
  • Include UI, API, data layer, service, integration, and performance tests
  • Ensure test cases trace cleanly back to specifications
  • Identify defects and collaborate with Engineering on resolution
  • Support test data creation and scenario validation
  • Participate in sprint planning and story refinement
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Spec QA on release readiness based on risk

Requirements

  • Experience in software QA test automation, including mobile and/or web, SQL, API, UI, and performance.
  • Understanding of risk-based test design and defect analysis
  • Familiarity with automation frameworks and design patterns
  • Experience in healthcare or regulated industries is preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, IT, or relevant field.
