About the role
- Ensure product reliability through test execution, automation support, and validation of AI generated tests
- Collaborate with Spec QA and Engineering to ensure features meet quality standards
- Use spec-driven tools to validate AI-generated tests with scenarios
- Include UI, API, data layer, service, integration, and performance tests
- Ensure test cases trace cleanly back to specifications
- Identify defects and collaborate with Engineering on resolution
- Support test data creation and scenario validation
- Participate in sprint planning and story refinement
- Collaborate with Engineering and Spec QA on release readiness based on risk
Requirements
- Experience in software QA test automation, including mobile and/or web, SQL, API, UI, and performance.
- Understanding of risk-based test design and defect analysis
- Familiarity with automation frameworks and design patterns
- Experience in healthcare or regulated industries is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, IT, or relevant field.
