About the role
- Distill client RFPs into strategic, creative marketing proposals that align with Hearst’s brand values
- Conceptualize and develop cross-platform programs including custom content, native executions, experiential activations, and direct digital marketing campaigns
- Use data, research, and insights to inform smart, effective marketing strategies
- Support and manage all aspects of post-sale execution, including event coordination, vendor sourcing and management, and client communication, to ensure a seamless and successful delivery
- Ensure high-quality execution across written, visual, and experiential program elements
- Manage day-to-day internal and external requests, timelines, and expectations
- Maintain oversight of project budgets and delivery schedules
- Work in-office from the NYC location three days per week (hybrid schedule)
Requirements
- 1+ years of relevant experience in marketing, strategy, or media
- Experience supporting and managing all aspects of post-sale execution, including event coordination, vendor sourcing and management, and client communication
- Strong copywriting skills; experience developing proposals a plus
- Familiarity with reading and interpreting RFPs and media plans
- Ability to think both analytically and creatively; strategic mindset
- Resourceful problem-solver with a proactive, can-do attitude
- Excellent communication skills, comfortable presenting to internal stakeholders and senior clients
- Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Keynote
- Interest in and understanding of Hearst’s editorial brands is a plus
- Work in-office from our NYC location three days per week (hybrid schedule)
