- Partner with executive stakeholders to align product direction with long-term company objectives, including value-based care and payer-driven innovation.
- Accelerate product delivery by instilling clear prioritization, tight feedback loops, and rapid iteration cycles.
- Identify and remove blockers to cross-functional execution velocity, ensuring teams stay focused on progress over perfection.
- Drive a culture of experimentation and agility, balancing MVPs and iterative delivery with long-term product vision.
- Lead strategic decisions on build vs. buy, vendor evaluations, and ecosystem partnerships.
- Coach and develop a high-performing product team grounded in empathy, clarity, and accountability.
- Model healthy conflict, structured decision-making, and trust-building to strengthen product culture.
- Instill a shared commitment to solving problems—not just identifying them—and celebrate product-driven impact.
- Partner with Engineering and Design to ensure high-velocity, high-quality delivery of products that delight users and support the business.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to ensure consistent product positioning and launch success.
- Help Product act as a unifying force across the company, especially in complex or politically sensitive environments.
- Bring a systems-level understanding of the home-based care market, including Medicare Advantage, risk adjustment, and evolving payer-provider dynamics.
- Maintain close ties with clients and users to identify pain points, test concepts, and shape roadmap decisions.
- Oversee competitive intelligence, win/loss analysis, and market segmentation initiatives.
- Champion a data-driven culture by embedding metrics, experimentation, and customer insights into all product decisions.
- Define clear success criteria and establish a regular cadence for reviewing product performance, adoption, and business impact.
- Act as a key influencer across the company, aligning senior stakeholders and breaking down silos to drive coordinated action.
- Facilitate healthy debate and decision-making by modeling transparency, empathy, and constructive conflict resolution.
- Build credibility and respect for the product organization by elevating expectations, leveling roles, and establishing operational rigor.
- Create psychological safety and forward momentum in a team culture recovering from legacy friction, silos, or burnout.
- Serve as a thought leader and change agent, helping redefine what excellence looks like in product management at HCHB.
