About the role

  • Own the strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for assigned product domains.
  • Partner with the VP of Product Management to shape and refine product strategies.
  • Translate enterprise strategy into actionable plans, clear priorities, and outcome-driven roadmaps.
  • Lead cross-functional execution with Engineering, Design, GTM, and Client Success.
  • Drive disciplined planning, delivery rhythms, release readiness, and success measurement within your teams.
  • Identify and remove execution blockers related to process, dependencies, or organizational friction.
  • Promote agile, learning-oriented delivery models.
  • Lead, coach, and develop Directors and Product Managers.
  • Establish clear role expectations, performance standards, and development plans across the team.
  • Support talent growth through coaching, feedback, and career progression aligned to organizational needs.
  • Partner closely with Engineering and UX leaders.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Client Success to support launches, positioning, and customer outcomes.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs, workflows, and pain points.

Requirements

  • 8–12+ years of progressive product management experience
  • Demonstrated success owning product domains or portfolios with measurable business and customer outcomes
  • Strong fluency across the product lifecycle, from discovery through delivery and adoption.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional execution and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Solid technical acumen and ability to partner effectively with Engineering and Design leaders.
  • Experience navigating change, ambiguity, and organizational complexity.
  • A leadership style grounded in clarity, coaching, accountability, and trust.
