About the role
- Own the strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for assigned product domains.
- Partner with the VP of Product Management to shape and refine product strategies.
- Translate enterprise strategy into actionable plans, clear priorities, and outcome-driven roadmaps.
- Lead cross-functional execution with Engineering, Design, GTM, and Client Success.
- Drive disciplined planning, delivery rhythms, release readiness, and success measurement within your teams.
- Identify and remove execution blockers related to process, dependencies, or organizational friction.
- Promote agile, learning-oriented delivery models.
- Lead, coach, and develop Directors and Product Managers.
- Establish clear role expectations, performance standards, and development plans across the team.
- Support talent growth through coaching, feedback, and career progression aligned to organizational needs.
- Partner closely with Engineering and UX leaders.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Client Success to support launches, positioning, and customer outcomes.
- Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs, workflows, and pain points.
Requirements
- 8–12+ years of progressive product management experience
- Demonstrated success owning product domains or portfolios with measurable business and customer outcomes
- Strong fluency across the product lifecycle, from discovery through delivery and adoption.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional execution and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
- Solid technical acumen and ability to partner effectively with Engineering and Design leaders.
- Experience navigating change, ambiguity, and organizational complexity.
- A leadership style grounded in clarity, coaching, accountability, and trust.
