About the role
- Serve as subject matter expert on the proper use of the Homecare Homebase application
- Lead clients through Discovery, Design, Build, and Test phases of implementation
- Guide customers toward established best practices
- Assist in making customizations to clinical content
- Support clients and internal team members throughout onsite and remote Deployment
- Communicate effectively and understand the customer’s needs, goals, and strategies
- Assist clients with the change management efforts
- Independently research customer inquiries
- Maintain product knowledge as new enhancements are released
- Provide accurate and holistic feedback on team members’ performance

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field or equivalent combination of some college and significant work experience
- 3+ years' experience in home health or hospice field
- Experience in customer service/support or training on software applications
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and solve complex problems and lead a team
- Ability to travel and/or support up to 50% in service of our clients across the country
