About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build and refine AI-agentic workflows on our internal framework
- Translate discovery problems into agent designs
- Integrate agents with knowledge graph, proprietary methods, scientific literature, and other sources
- Expand and maintain existing genAI tools
- Contribute to how we evaluate agentic workflows
- Write clear, maintainable, well-documented code
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in building and shipping LLM-agentic systems
- Strong software engineering fundamentals
- Fluency with modern LLM/agent toolkit
- Pragmatic sense of where an agentic approach genuinely helps
- Ability to work closely with non-engineers
- Experience in drug discovery, biology, or another life scientific domain is a bonus
- Familiarity with knowledge graphs or reasoning over structured or heterogeneous data is a bonus
- Experience building evaluation harnesses or testing strategies for LLM systems is a bonus
