About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead product marketing strategy, brand marketing, and communications management
- Own and evolve the overall brand strategy, ensuring a clear identity across channels
- Define and lead the creative strategy, guiding campaign development
- Own product marketing strategy, messaging, and documentation
- Oversee and optimize the end-to-end customer journey across channels
- Develop pricing and promotional strategies based on key performance metrics
- Define and manage channel strategy across web, email, social, partnerships, and press
- Guide content strategy, including CTAs and campaign alignment
- Partner with product, research, coaching, and partnerships teams
- Own and execute the overall digital strategy across channels
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on product or growth marketing
- Proven track record of driving revenue through multi-channel campaigns
- Experience owning budgets, KPIs, and team hiring/development
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and initiatives
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
