Requirements
- 6+ years building and shipping large-scale front-end applications with React, TypeScript, GraphQL.
- Deep expertise in state management, component architecture, and scalable design systems.
- Strong focus on performance and accessibility; test coverage with Jest, React Testing Library, Playwright.
- Leadership: lead initiatives, mentor engineers, establish best practices.
- Detail-oriented: care about polish from load times to motion curves.
