About the role
- Lead enterprise agile and DevOps program management, including sprint planning, prioritization, and delivery oversight for IT business solutions.
- Own the master roadmap for IT systems, operations, and process simplification initiatives, ensuring alignment to business priorities.
- Develop and maintain technology product roadmaps in partnership with business stakeholders.
- Drive process improvement workflows from intake through delivery, focusing on efficiency, scalability, and sustainability.
- Serve as a central point of coordination between IT and business partners, ensuring clear communication and aligned execution.
- Provide analysis and reporting on productivity, efficiencies, and value delivered, clearly articulating the business impact ("the so what").
- Lead prioritization, planning, and resource load balancing across programs and initiatives.
- Develop and manage program budgets, identifying optimization opportunities while maintaining strong financial and audit controls.
- Oversee large-scale implementations in a DevOps environment, ensuring consistent execution and delivery discipline.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- ScrumMaster certification required
- 10+ years of project and program management experience
- 5+ years of process and productivity improvement experience
- 5+ years of leading large-scale implementations in a DevOps environment
- 3+ years of experience with analytics tools and value metrics
- 3+ years of financial, budget, and audit/controls experience
- Proven ability to translate technical delivery into clear business outcomes
- Strong partnership, communication, and execution skills.
