About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the operational implementation of the KSS Digital, Data and AI strategy
Provide robust, pragmatic programme management to Health Innovation KSS DDAI fee-based services
Support NHS provider organisations to assess and improve their digital and data innovation adoption readiness
Facilitate the implementation and adoption of digital technology solutions from readiness assessment through to deployment and evaluation
Work with NHS boards and senior leaders to build understanding, confidence, and governance frameworks for AI adoption
Coordinate the Equity Charter Diagnostic and support digital transformation programmes across Kent, Surrey, and Sussex

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience of leading or supporting digital transformation programmes in health or a related sector
Experience of applying user-centred methods to digital innovation and/or transformation programmes
Understanding of NHS technology architecture and key digital systems
Knowledge of the NHS digital landscape and relevant national programmes
Experience of working with data, including data quality, data infrastructure, analytics, or data-driven improvement
Understanding of AI and machine learning as applied in healthcare settings
Ability to translate complex technical and digital concepts for non-technical clinical and leadership audiences
Experience of engaging and influencing senior stakeholders
