About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the operational implementation of the KSS Digital, Data and AI strategy
- Provide robust, pragmatic programme management to Health Innovation KSS DDAI fee-based services
- Support NHS provider organisations to assess and improve their digital and data innovation adoption readiness
- Facilitate the implementation and adoption of digital technology solutions from readiness assessment through to deployment and evaluation
- Work with NHS boards and senior leaders to build understanding, confidence, and governance frameworks for AI adoption
- Coordinate the Equity Charter Diagnostic and support digital transformation programmes across Kent, Surrey, and Sussex
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience of leading or supporting digital transformation programmes in health or a related sector
- Experience of applying user-centred methods to digital innovation and/or transformation programmes
- Understanding of NHS technology architecture and key digital systems
- Knowledge of the NHS digital landscape and relevant national programmes
- Experience of working with data, including data quality, data infrastructure, analytics, or data-driven improvement
- Understanding of AI and machine learning as applied in healthcare settings
- Ability to translate complex technical and digital concepts for non-technical clinical and leadership audiences
- Experience of engaging and influencing senior stakeholders
