About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Independently responds to employee relations concerns and/or complaints with discretion and confidentiality
- Educates and clarifies company and HR policies and procedures to team members and leaders
- Provides expert guidance and education to leaders on performance-based accountability
- Investigates team member disputes by interviewing all parties involved
- Partners with HR Director to implement People-First solutions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum of three (3) years of HR generalist or employee relations experience
- Experience supporting employees in California
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate knowledge of Workday HRIS preferred
- Strong critical thinking skills
