About the role
- Managing discovery, design, development, and launch of complex ReactNative projects
- Run daily stand-ups with the offshore engineering team and design team
- Communicate progress and appropriate escalation to Account Manager, product manager, and clients
- Manage project timelines, coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings, daily stand-ups and ad-hoc meetings
- Work with internal and external Product Owners to handle backlog grooming and changing priorities
- Resolve conflicts, remove obstacles, and help teams implement changes and features effectively
- Ensure deliverables are up to high-quality standards at the end of each sprint
- Work closely with clients and internal teams across design and engineering disciplines
- Produce and manage all necessary project documentation
Requirements
- 5+ years of Scrum Master or Agile Project Management experience
- Experience in a digital/tech agency, professional services or consulting environment
- Comfortable working with clients and discussing technical and business requirements
- Demonstrated ability to establish strong working relationships with team members
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Able to estimate work, set deadlines, and effectively manage teams of professionals
- A solid understanding of software development, including experience in mobile development, web development or multi-tech platform implementation
- Exceptional planning, conflict-resolution, and problem-solving skills
