About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the provider CRM experience from prospect contact through active patient care
  • Serve as design anchor for the Provider Sourced Patients pod, partnering with Product Management and Engineering
  • Define the client list as a prospect pipeline with stages, statuses, drop-off signals, and provider actions
  • Design an AI front desk and scheduling assistant for inquiries, booking, and follow-up
  • Define interaction patterns, trust signals, and automation boundaries for uncertain or incorrect AI behavior
  • Design experiences for different provider types without fragmenting the product
  • Use Claude.ai to clarify problems, understand data, and test assumptions
  • Prototype flows and information architectures with Claude Code, Cursor, and MagicPatterns
  • Partner with Product and Engineering on production decisions
  • Conduct provider research to validate solutions and understand prospect conversion and automation challenges
  • Contribute to the design system and share AI practices, prompts, and patterns with the design team

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 8+ years of product design experience
  • Significant experience with CRM, pipeline, operational, or marketplace products
  • Experience with real 0→1 product work
  • Ability to define product surfaces when requirements are not yet written
  • Ability to diagnose funnel drop-off and connect design changes to metrics
  • Systems-thinking ability across provider, prospect, patient, scheduling, and eligibility workflows
  • Experience designing agentic or AI-powered workflows, conversational flows, or intelligent automation
  • Strong visual and interaction design craft
  • Ability to produce polished, high-quality work at speed
  • Comfort with Claude Code, Cursor, and MagicPatterns for AI prototyping
  • Portfolio required
  • Authorization to work in the United States for any employer
  • Must disclose whether future visa sponsorship will be required
